I’ve a license key only installed for one domain. But I get this message.
You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Remove the key (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the key once again. (Be sure to check for any white-space before/after the key when pasting)
You should then be able to use the automatic updates.
