I have EE 3.1.36.4.P installed, with my current key entered in my setting page for the right domain. However, when I try updating through WordPress dashboard, however, it doesn’t allow me to.
Is there something I’m missing? How can I enable automatic updates?
Was an error message being displayed? If so could you copy and paste it here?
Also, I’ve just reset your Support License Key. In a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.
If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your key and click on Save Options.
These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.
So I went ahead and did those steps (removed key and saved, pasted it back in and saved again), and still no dice with the auto updates (same error message). Any thoughts?
