Automatic updates do not work

Hello, I tried to reset the Site license key, change for the old one, but still cant update the version 3.1.36.4.P. I have bought personal license. THanks for the help!

Hi Jan,

Your license key has been reset.

Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting.

You should then receive an update notice to update to 3.1.36.5.P
