I am currently using version “3.1.36.3.P” and trying to update to latest version “3.1.36.4.P”. But, not able to update to it. The Plugins page shows the following error. I still have valid license until 18th Feb and I am currently using only on one site.

Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
Hello; I’m having the same issue – valid license key and no ability to update. Do I understand that I need to request a new license key through the admin and then input it into the site’s configuration in order to make this work?
