automatic ticket sending not works

when i use mollie ideal and try to test it.. then it says succesfully transaction

but the ticket email is not sending.. only 1 email i receive.. when i click on manualy send ticket by email in the admin page then it will send the e tickets

Hi,

What is the default registration status for your event?

You can find this within the event editor, look under ‘Event Registration Options’, like this – http://take.ms/dYHXM

i did,, i have choosed: accepted/agreed status not pending or something

Change the status to ‘Pending Payment’ and re-test a registration making a payment in full, do you receive the ticket notice?

now i receive emails 2 times.. the ticket 2x and registration details 2x

Hi there,

Thanks for reporting. The development team has a ticket to fix the iDeal/Mollie gateway so that it doesn’t trigger duplicate email notifications.
