Hello,
I’m using EE4 to manage photography trainings organized on my website. Each training has a trainer assigned as the “Author” of the event in the EE4. The problem I have is that before every event, I have to login and send them the list of participants, so that they can send the confirmation emails.
My question is: can EE4 send out these emails automatically? Maybe one email to the “author” 1 week before the event and another one 2 days before the event, with the list of participants for his course.
I know that they can always login and check themselves, but I have a very difficult time getting them do this.

To clarify: My question is that if EE4 can automatically send “reminder” emails to the author with the list of participants. Just clarifying as the way I wrote the original question might be confusing.

Hello,
Not currently, but this is an add-on that we are working on for the next major version of Event Espresso at 4.9.
