Hi,
Is it possible to set up an automatic email to be sent to the primary registrant if/when they abandon the registration or the registration fails?
We want to make sure we can capture those failures to see if there were technical issues, or if there was another reason for their abandoning.

That isn’t currently a feature in Event Espresso. However, it may be possible in the future with the automated email reminder add-on:
