Is there a way for the system to send a payment reminder automatically? Currently I have to login to each event and then manually send out reminders. Is there a way to set it so that a week out the reminders get sent – or any plugin that will assist in this?

Hi Melanie,
I’m not aware of a plugin to automate the process. However, I do have an idea that may help save some time.
After loading the Attendee Reports page, toggle the registration status so that it shows a status such as incomplete instead of all.
Then right click on each currency icon and open in a new tab: http://cl.ly/image/1c3y2V0D3H0U
You’ll could open 3 to 5 tabs at once. Then go to each tab and click on Send Invoice and then close each tab.
This will take you back to the Attendee Reports page and you can work through another small batch.
This batching process doesn’t quite automate the process but it should be a little quicker.
