I am running into a problem where on my user profile on the Event Espresso website my site license key says it is activated on my domain, but in the plugin settings on my site there is a red key next to the site license that I entered directly from the Event Espresso website, and no automatic updates occur. Is there a fix for this? Should I regenerate my site license?
Sorry you ran into some issues with auto updates. I’ve deactivated your old support license key and created a new one ending in e2. You can find it here:
Some users on my site are not able to purchase tickets, but I am not in direct contact with them and want to understand what issues they are having. I’ve enabled the log file, but it doesn’t seem to be populating with anything. Is there a way to view error logs for all transactions, even if users don’t receive an error message? I’ve been peeking into the database under the esp_transactions field but can’t see anything reporting errors here… THANKS!
Event Espresso saves all registrations even in they are incomplete. How do you know that users are having issues?
Is a colleague in contact with any of the potential attendees/registrants?
