Is there an option to auto-populate the country when checking out? I’d prefer users not have to always click “United States”.
Another issue I’m having is that it says “Payment Methods Pro addon was deactivated because Multi Event Registration was also active, and the two are incompatible.” I do NOT have Payment Methods Pro installed on my WordPress install, so I’m unsure why I’m getting this message. I want to ensure that users will be able to purchase tickets for multiple events.

Is this on the Registration Form or the Payment options?

It means at some point your site had both the Multi Event Registration add-on and the Payment Methods Pro add-on enabled. When that happens Payment Methods Pro de-activates and adds a persistent notice explaining why. If you dismiss the notice (click the X in the top right) it should be removed and not return if you no longer have the add-on active.

Mainly for the Registration Form process. The payment options would be a plus.

There’s a few options for this but you’ll need to add a snippet of code to the site to do it.
This is the simplest method:
