Auto booking confirmation not working

We have had several complaints from customers who have received paypal payment confirmation but no automatic booking confirmation, particularly when booking our Saturday cooking clubs. I have just had an email through from someone who booked onto our Saturday class on 14/1.

I cannot find a resolution on the forum for this.

Please could you look into this for us?

If you take a look a registration for one of the user reporting this, what is the registration status?
