I have both plugins – testing both and whichever works we will end up using. What happens is this:
Authorize.net SIM (offsite processing) When you click process payment, I get a blank white page that says this:
The following errors have occurred.
(99) This transaction cannot be accepted.
When I use Authorize.net SIM, I get this error:
The merchant ID is invalid or the account is inactive (code: 13)
We have a WooCommerce site running as well and we are successfully processing auth.net transactions on-site using the same exact Auth.net login id, key, etc.
Can you please help us fix this? We have tried everything and just cannot get it working.
Hi Ruben, I’m reviewing your support token request and I’ll follow up shortly. This will arrive as a separate email.
Thanks
