I have Authorize.net set up with our sandbox payment gateway, meaning it’s on their sandbox side of things AND I have debug mode on.

This is working….but I do have an error on the checkout page.

When I hit the registration-checkout page and click on the Pay by Credit Card radio button, and then click on the PROCEED TO FINALIZE REGISTRATION button

I get an error popup in a box with a red border.

When the error fades out and I scroll down the page I see this:
http://prntscr.com/nl6pso

If I fill that out and carry on things work as expected.

I don’t know how to resolve this…it seems to me like when I choose the Pay by Credit Card radio button the form should ajax in….but it’s not happening until AFTER I click the FINALIZE button, hence the error.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like something is hiding the form fields, because the billing form fields will normally display right away when you click on the Pay by Credit card radio button. If you temporarily switch to a default theme and deactivate all other plugins does the billing form display as expected?

Thanks Josh

The 2 “Important Information Regarding Your Payment” info boxes are there (though display:none) but the rest of the form is not.

I do see a console error that may be related

I did wonder if it might be because I’m using a Sandbox version of the payment gateway. Or perhaps I have the wrong add-on loaded. It’s showing up as Authorize.net AIM which does not seem to be loaded on the EE Add On’s page any more.

It’s likely a theme or plugin conflict.

With regards to AIM, AIM is not and never has been an EE add-on because it’s bundled into the core Event Espresso plugin.
