Dear support,
My site currently takes all payment through paypal (off-site). I enable Authorize AIM, and configured it with the test API. What is the next step? I can’t get to the credit card payment page, and I don’t see the “pay by credit card” image
I tried changing the setting “Open by Default” Under PayPal tab to ‘No’, and that still doesn’t take me to the credit card page, What step am I missing?
Thanks for your help

Hi,

If you’re using the Authorize.net test API then you need to set “Debug Mode On” to Yes.

Please note that we used a custom registration form wizard, after the registration confirmation page and within the payment page and I still can’t see the different payment methods. The button still takes me directly to Paypal. Please advise.

If you temporarily remove the customizations do the buttons show? It looks like the customizations removed all payment buttons leaving only the button to go to PayPal’s site.

The customizations likely need to be refactored to allow the AIM billing form to display instead of the PayPal button.

Please disregard my previous question, we found a manual bypass, please keep this thread for a bit longer in case we face another problem, thanks Josh

Hi,

I’m afraid we cannot support custom code. The AIM payment form will display as expected when no custom code is interfering.
