Authorize.net Accept tranaction screen not resizing

We are changing from Authorize.net Aim to Accept due to hosting not being PCI compliant. Aim works fine, but when I activate Accept and try a transaction the transaction window doesn’t resize. There is a side scroll at the bottom and the cancel button is missing unless I click the reset button. How can this be fixed?

Can you activate Auth.net Accept on the site so I can view this, please?

Sorry, I have activated it now. Gave it a button “Not Used”.

I’ve opened a ticket with our developers to check into this as iirc we’ve fixed this previously.

In the meantime you can add this to your sites CSS:

#ee-single-page-checkout-dv #authnet_accept_iframe {
    width: 100%!important;
}

That should fix it whilst we investigate.

Does it matter where in css it is placed?

It should not matter.

I would use Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

Hello, This seems to have worked but the return to cart button still does not show up unless you click the reset button.

I’ve created a ticket for our developers to investigate the issue with the return to event cart button.

It actually has nothing to do with the reset button, that button is refreshing the page which then shows the return to cart button. However, the problem is the button is not loading when the payment options step initially loads up but does once the page refreshes (if you just load the payment options and refresh the browser, you’ll see the button then).
