We are changing from Authorize.net Aim to Accept due to hosting not being PCI compliant. Aim works fine, but when I activate Accept and try a transaction the transaction window doesn’t resize. There is a side scroll at the bottom and the cancel button is missing unless I click the reset button. How can this be fixed?
I’ve created a ticket for our developers to investigate the issue with the return to event cart button.
It actually has nothing to do with the reset button, that button is refreshing the page which then shows the return to cart button. However, the problem is the button is not loading when the payment options step initially loads up but does once the page refreshes (if you just load the payment options and refresh the browser, you’ll see the button then).
