Authorize.net Accept not receiving billing information

I am receiving the bellow error message when completing an event registration with payment. This is a recent error only related to the new event that was just configured. It may be related to a recent plugin upgrade.

Please provide the following billing information, then click the “Proceed to Finalize Registration” button below in order to proceed.

Would you assist me in resolving this error.

Hi there,

This looks like an issue with the ‘Open By Default’ option in that the payment fields aren’t loading unless you click on the Auth.net Accept payment method to select it.

I have created a ticket for our developers to investigate this.

In the mean time if you go to Dashboard -> Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Auth.net Accept.

Set the ‘Open by default’ option to No and Save.

Your users will need to click on the payment method for it to work, but it should mean the payment fields loads for now.

Also, whilst there it looks like your ‘Button URL’ is invalid and not loading an image. If you empty that field and save it with nothing in it will revert to the default image aain.
