Hello! Can someone please help. We’ve missed a bunch of customers who paid with out merchant and were NOT in our system. They are not being pulled over to our attendees list, so we do not even know they are in our class.This has been messing up our attendee’s count, not to mention when the day of the event comes, seating, any idea on what is happening? please advise??
I’m afraid this is very little information to go on to know what is happening. Is your site publicly accessible and using the current version of Event Espresso? May I ask which payment gateway you have activated? Any details you can include about the site will help. Also, if you haven’t activated your support license yet it will really help if you can get that done. Your support license key is printed on your account page, and you can activated the license by adding the key to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page.
When customers pay online through our payment gateway they are not being pulled into our event expresso, so when I see our attendees list some paid customers are not in system, our license is active and we do have up to date
It appears that your site is running an older version of Event Espresso 3.
The current version of Event Espresso 3 is v3.1.37.11.P

Since your account only has access to Event Espresso 4, you can request a change to an Event Espresso 3 license on your account page. Alternatively you can download the current version of Event Espresso 3 here:
Do you happen to know which payment gateway you have activated for Event Espresso?
Also, do you have any caching plugins activated?
