I began an event registration yesterday, but so far none of the registrants are appearing in the Attendee List, Attendee Report, or when I export the attendees in an Excel/CSV file. For each registration so far, I’ve received the emails confirming their registration information, but they are not appearing in (or being written into) the database. Although the event is showing the count of registrants in the “Event Overview” display, when I click on View Attendees, I only get “No Records Found!” (and I made sure I clicked “Show All…” and my Live Search Filter is clear)

I’m using the WordPress 4.1 Multisite configuration and EE 3.1.36.6.P, with the following add-on’s: Attendee Mover Tool, Custom Template Display, Multi-Event Registration, Recurring Events, Ticketing, and the API Plugin.

The event registration is located at: http://mensconference.nyfamilylife.org/register/

Hi Christopher, could you try out a registration on your end and let us know if anything is recorded?

Hi Lorenzo, thanks for your assistance!

I tried both registering from the front-end and the back-end, but neither are showing up in the database when I view it from View Attendees or exporting the attendee list.

Alright, could you please try the following steps:

1) Temporarily deactivate all plugins on your site via WP-admin –> Plugins.

2) Login to your site using PHPMyAdmin or an equivalent tool. PHPMyAdmin can usually be accessed via a hosting panel or cpanel login. Then repair all of the wp_events_ tables (dbprefix_events_):

Here is a tutorial on running the repair:

https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/phpmyadmin/phpmyadmin_optimize_database.htm

Then reactivate only Event Espresso 3 and try another registration.

Is anything saved at that point?

Also, be sure to reactivate all other plugins after running through the steps above.

Lorenzo, great news! I found the culprit with your advice.

When de-activating the Espresso Ticketing plugin, the attendees appeared and all their information is in the database. I’m so grateful for your help!

Do you have any idea how the Ticketing Plugin can be activated without causing this issue? Is there an adjustment I can make to its code?

Hi Christopher, that shouldn’t be happening. Could you share the version number for the ticketing add-on?

Hi Lorenzo, thanks again for your continued help.

The version of my ticketing add-on is 2.2.0.p. I tried de-activating my other plugins to see if there was some sort of interference, but only the ticketing plugin seems to be causing the issue.

Hi there,

Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login so we can take a closer look at this issue?

Please share that temporary login through the secure link below:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting.

The submit button for the form appears at the end of the form.

Again, please ensure that the temporary login works.

Thank you.

Lorenzo
