Attendees not appearing in Mailchimp list

Mailchimp is setup with 4 main groups with several subgroups(event dates) and each event is pointing a specific sub group. New Attendees are not showing up on the Mailchimp lists when completing registration forms.. Any ideas?

I’ve ensured the API is correct with no spaces. To be clear, The lists and subgroups do appear in right side toolbar and I am able to select the groups/options.

Event Espresso: Version 4.6.10.p
Mailchimp: Version 2.1.1.p

Hi Fernando,

Are you using Double Opt In?

If you log into MailChimp go to Account, Extras, API Keys.

At the bottom of the page you find a log of the API calls made on your account – http://take.ms/AULaP

Do you see error messages there?

I’ve tried with skip double opt in checked and unchecked in EE4. Same deal.

Each time you load the event editor new calls are made via the API so all of those calls in that image are to list your subscriber lists or groups.

Can you run a registration on one of your events that have a MailChimp list selected and recheck the API log for a ‘subscribe’ call within the list and see if any errors are around that call.

nothing gets called, I checked 426 entries. the only errors I saw was;
2015-02-20 01:43:16 GMT nope xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx lists/interest-groupings json 0.041s PHP-MCAPI/2.0 2.0 (200) List_DoesNotExist

I have reproduced this and created a ticket with our developers to investigate, once a fix is found and released we will update this thread.
