Hey!

We’ve got a slight issue with how the plugin works.

On event page, we have ‘Ticket Options’ where we select more than 1 ticket (i.e. 3 tickets, 1 for each person) and when we’re taken to ‘registration-checkout’ page, we’re only able to enter information for 1 attendee? It also shows the same name for all attendees in order confirmation etc.

Is this how it’s supposed to work?

We’re using the latest version of the plugin that we paid for 3 days ago.

Hi there,

Event Espresso will only require questions for the ‘Primary registrant’ (the first ticket) by default and will use that information for all tickets.

If you edit your event and enable at least the ‘Personal Information’ question group for additional registrants (it’s the second set of question groups shown here – http://take.ms/1CBvc) EE will require that group for each additional ticket selected.
