Some of our attendees are disappearing after they’ve been entered. It seems like when multiple registrations are added, they do not remain in the database. We require per-approval before they make payment. An e-mail gets generated to the user and a Reg ID is entered and an invoice is generated but when we go back to to search for the attendee or reg ID, it’s not there. When we click on the Payment Options link within the invoice that we saved, it gives us the error… “Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas06_data02/97/2307397/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/process_payments.php on line 30”. Please help! We cannot keep losing registrations! Thank you.
I checked your site and saw that there are some additional scripts running on the page that look like they were programmed to copy attendee data from one registration form field to another. Are you aware that the Event Espresso registration on your site was modified in this way? If these extra scripts are removed, does the issue persist? Has anything else in the Event Espresso plugin been modified?
One other thing, can you activate your support license by logging into eventespresso.com with the key from the account where the support license was purchased? You can get the Support License key on that account page. The support key can be added to the bottom of the Event Espresso > General Settings page.
