Hi,

You will see here that I have 2 by attendeed with different names

In this next stage it does not show those 2 attendees, what have I done wrong?

I think I may have found where my error lies, I have Personal info only on the first one but attendees did not have personal info checked.

So that comes to my next issue, how do i go about having it that my Riders info can be collected. Do I check both and if that ticket relates to a Rider ticket then the user must fill it out, if it is just a meal ticket then the user can ignore the fields as i will not force a value.

Hi there,

Yes, this is happening because you are not collecting the ‘Personal Information’ question groups. The personal information question group is what determines if a ticket is a new ticket or linked to the ‘primary’ registrants contact.

If you don’t collect the personal info question group for additional registrants EE uses the primary contact for all tickets which is why they all show the same name.

So that comes to my next issue, how do i go about having it that my Riders info can be collected. Do I check both and if that ticket relates to a Rider ticket then the user must fill it out, if it is just a meal ticket then the user can ignore the fields as i will not force a value.

Select the Personal Information question group for additional registrants, then any time a ticket is selected EE will request the details…

However for your meal tickets don’t use an additional single ticket type (as it will again request details for each meal ticket) but create additional ticket types that include the meals, for example:

Adult ticket = $10
Adult ticket + meal = $20
Child ticket = $5
Child ticket + meal = $10

The user then selects the correct ticket they need rather than an additional ticket.

How do I create additional ticket types?

Sorry mis-read your post, i did create tickets in the method you explained, this was done initially when yourself or some else explained this idea a couple days back

In that case just enabled Personal Info for your additional registrants should fix the above.
