Attendee Report missing Authorize.net data for completed payments

Hi all,

We’ve been seeing odd behavior for several months now with transactions processed through the Authorize.net SIM gateway. On random occasions, registrations will be marked with a Completed status on the Attendee Report, but not display any payment data (transaction ID, payment amt). The end user will report that their credit card was successfully charged the correct amount, and our Authorize.net reconciliation report shows the same correct values. However, the information doesn’t appear in EE (on the Attendee report, or in the individual attendee’s registration record).

Some time ago, we turned on full logging in EE, and have been reviewing the resulting log file to try and find where in the code the process is breaking down. We haven’t had any luck yet, so I’m hoping another pair of eyes from EE support can help.

I’ll take a look and see if I can see anything obvious. However the fact that this is random will make this rather difficult to trace the source. It may also be an intermittent issue with Auth.net themselves.
