Hi,

Can you check this on another attendee report? The information may be there but may be cut off by the border:

Thanks for your reply, but I don’t understand it!

My screenshot shows all three charts on the attendee report, and all of them have at least one bar without the amount showing.

What border do you mean?

Do I have to tweak the CSS?

This could be a bug in the code that displays the information as there isn’t enough clearance at the top.

For example, in this screenshot the bars are much lower so the information appears:

Does it appear like this in a different attendee report?

I don’t understand what you mean by this. How do I access a ‘different attendee report’?

Hi,

If you go to the events overview screen (shows list of events), then you should see some additional action items. There is a graph icon for each one.

Could you click on the graph for a different event?

This looks like a display bug (that is, the information is there but is cut off or hidden by the border).

If you look at this graph, you’ll see the $322.00 is close to the top but not too far up where it is being “cut off” or “hidden” by the border:

Does that make sense?

Are you seeing this issue with any other reports?

Hi Peter,

Can you please confirm the version number you are testing please?

I can’t reproduce this locally, all of my reports show the value.

Would it be possible for me to take a look at the report? I’m wondering if the value is being hidden with CSS somehow. If so please send tempoary login details using this form:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

Or if you prefer you can check this by viewing the page source, using chrome right click on orange bar and do Inspect element – that will take you to roughly the correct line, can you see the £ value within the code?

I sent my details using https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/.

Did you get them ok?

Hi Peter,

Apologies for the delay, I did receive your details.

I can’t reproduce the missing £ value locally, but I can see it on your site. It’s a strange issue, the value is not being output at all.

The  within the report I can reproduce.

I have created a ticket for both of these issues to be look into.

I have also reset your license key.

Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the license key (cut) and save the settings, replace the license key (paste) and save the settings once more.

Be sure to check for any white space before/after the key when pasting.

That should then remove the notice you currently see in the admin.

Thanks Tony.

I just did what you suggested with the Support License Key.

And I still see http://note.io/XZQ64i on the dashboard.

‘Request Reset’ is still showing – http://note.io/XZSg3H

Also, does it make a difference that my site URL is http://www.allesleyfireworkdisplay.co.uk and my WordPress URL is http://www.allesleyfireworkdisplay.co.uk/wp-2uq9gl?

It should not make a difference no.

Is the site part of a multisite network?

‘Request Reset’ is still showing – http://note.io/XZSg3H

That should always show. Once your key is assigned to a domain you should be able to request a reset in-case you change domains.

I have removed the current license key from your account and generated a new one, the steps are similar to above.

Remove the key from General Settings and then Save.

Copy the new key from your account page, paste it into the field and save the settings once again (be sure to check for whitespace before/after)

Please let me know if you can then auto update.

Thanks for the new license key.

I installed it yesterday and was able to upgrade the Event Espresso plugin.

However, when I logged in this morning, I saw the same warning at the top of the dashboard again – http://note.io/1sZdBD3

The new license key has *ONLY* been entered into http://www.allesleyfireworkdisplay.co.uk. It’s NOT installed on any other domain.

Any idea what’s up?

Apologies, we have an open ticket to investigate this on our servers.

In the mean time I will reset your license key once again. Event Espresso will continue to work as normal (apart from the auto updates) whilst that message is displayed.
