Hello ! I’m trying to make subscription for the same event, the same ticket, buying 2 of this. I only have personnal informations on the first registrant, as I want him to get all the tickets in his mail. The problem is, I only have in the Event Registration Details the informations of the first attendee. While I understand that, as I have not taken the official “personnal informations” for the attendee 2, why isn’t it shown in the email as a second ticket for my only one registrant ? Is there a way to change that behavior, which is preventing me from using event espresso for a customer please ? (I don’t need to have the informations changed either in subscription extract or in payment confirmation page, if I can have it at least present in the auto-mail, that would sufficeto me). Thank you already ! |
Hello, I mentioned in the prior support post that the information was not appearing because you were collecting it as a custom question. If that is the case, then they will not appear as a separate registrant since those custom questions are part of the primary registrant. Are you collecting the registration information the same as before or has that process change? — |

Hello, I simply can’t ask every registrant’s email on that website, is there a way we could set that field as optional for secondary registrants, their registration informations going to primary registrant mail ? |
Hello again, I looked again at your prior support post and you are only collecting information for the primary registrant. Note that Event Espresso looks for a name and email per registrant. This information is then shown in the registrations overview screen along with the registrations CSV report. You are collecting information for additional registrants through custom questions. However, these are not counted as unique registrants since a custom question could be used to collect any time of information (e.g. what is your favorite color, have you attendee one of our events before, etc.). Therefore, although “names” are being collected, they would not appear as unique registrants in the registrations overview screen or in the registrations CSV report screen. If you need this information to appear separate, then you’ll need to collect the personal question group. — |

Hello ! If I buy for myself 3 tickets, I have the right to get back informations for each of them, don’t I ? |
Hi, since the tickets are linked to a single registrant, then that registrant’s ticket would provide access to the event x amount of times. For example, if he purchased a ticket with a quantity of 3, then the ticket that is sent will allow scanning 3 times. This is related to the ticketing add-on for Event Espresso 4. — |

Hi, thank you for your answer, that makes sense. In that case, I still get only 1 email for the primary registrant. Could I have a mail by different person, even on the same email ? |
Hi, if the email is the same then they would be linked to the same primary registrant. If the emails are different, then a ticket (pricing option) would be available for each registrant with a unique email address. — |

So I do have absolute 0 possibility to get the registrants to be registered without email while still getting a notification for each of them ? |
Hi, if you need a separate ticket option (separate email) for an additional attendee, then you would need a separate email. Otherwise, all registrations will be associated with the primary registrant. — |
