Attendee Mover Tool – Not Updating In Emails

Hi Guys

I know the Attendee Mover Tool is still in Beta, guessing not much more has been done on it. But I still use it fairly frequently and find it very useful.

It is working fine i.e transfers attendee to a different event. The only issue I have is that when I email the attendee a confirmation of the transfer and use the shortcodes, the email still has the details from their original event. E.g it would have the date of the orginal event not the date of their new event.

Any ideas what could be happening here?

Hi Von,

We have added a fix for this within the development branch of the attendee mover tool which is set to be included within the next update. However if you would like to try this version now you can download if from:

http://take.ms/h7x8L

Be sure to de-activate the current version (you should not need to delete) of the attendee mover tool before activating the version above.

To note, dev versions could have new features that are not fully tested. Be sure to make a Full Site Backup (especially the database) before installing and on your initial use check the functionality you expected.
