I have the Attendee Plugin installed and activated and want transfer all registrations from a previously cancelled event last year, to a replacement event this year. However the ‘transfer’ icon doesn’t appear when I hover on a registrant. I’ve also realised I have about 350 people to transfer, so surely I don’t have to do this one at a time do I? |

Hi there, The attendee mover add-on was designed to move single registrants from one ticket/event to another rather than all registrants on the event so yes, currently if you were to use the attendee mover add-on you would need to move each registration individually.
Just to clarify this, there is no ‘transfer’ option when you hover over the registration, the mover add-on adds the icon into the actions section, here: https://monosnap.com/file/na9mwxczORbhDQmbnq1SEdQlMgkKex
For the number of registrations, you are looking to move this would likely be a better option, however, note that with the importer add-on if you have group registrations the importer will import them as individual registrations. Do you allow group registrations on the event? (They show up in the registration list as X of Y, so 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 for a group registration of 3) |

Thanks Tony It looks like export/import would be the way to go though, but yes, we do allow group/team registration. What affect would importing them as individual registrations have? Is all the information there for the individual, but no link to the others in the group? |

They will break up into individual registrations and not transfer any ‘paid’ values/amounts over for the additional registrants. So single registrations will work as normal but group registrations will break out into their own regs and then the payment will be applied to what ‘was’ the primary attendee. Information such as reg questions? You ‘map’ the values in the CSV you select to the registration questions assigned to the ‘new’ event so those values should be shown unless you are referring to something else? |

Ok, thanks The new event has the same questions so I can may those so that should be fine. I get that the primary attendee will show as ‘overpaid’, which is fine. Will the other’s in the group show as ‘incomplete’ or still owing? |

Yes, the screenshot shows a full group registration that has been exported and then imported. ID’s 42 – 46 is a single group registration of 5 that was imported into another event. As they have been marked as approved they still count towards the sold values, but the transaction will show as incomplete. |
