Attendee Mover Event Reminder Emails

It seems after we transfer a customer to a new event date, they do not receive the automated event reminder email that is sent out to all other registrants.

Is there a way to update this? Or a known work around?

Hi there,

Strange, so just to confirm, you moved the registration onto the event before the AUEN notification was due to be sent, correct?

Are you using the Upcoming Event or Upcoming Datetime notification?
