We have both the Attendee Mover addon and Promotions addons implemented on our site.
We have recently discovered that if we move an attendee that used a promo code from on event to another of equal price that they promo discount gets dropped.
Is there a way to simply move the attendee to another event without affecting the balance due. It would be unfortunate if the only solution is to create a new, admin only, ticket type for the discounted price.
Is there something we are missing or is the Attendee Mover simply unaware of the applied promotional discount?

Hi there,
I checked and currently the attendee mover add-on s indeed simply unaware of the promotions applied. When it ‘moves’ a registration is needs to reapply the promotion line items only that specific registration for it to work.
I’ll create a ticket for our developers to investigate this.
