I have a little bit of a unique problem that I’ve been working to find a solution for the past few days with no luck…so I’m hoping someone can offer some suggestions. First of all – I love this app – it’s working out well for our business. Thank you! [LISTATTENDEES category_identifier=”spin” show_expired=”false” limit=2] But no luck. |

I have now added the start date to each event in my attendee list (in the attendee_list.php) – so that helps my problem a bit. It would be nice to be able to have a LISTATTENDEE shortcode for today’s events only though so my staff isn’t wasting so much paper every time they print off the list. |

[LISTATTENDEES order_by=date(start_date) category_identifier=”spin” show_expired=”false”] Almost does it for me…but the “order by start date” is secondary to the recurring event grouping, so I get all occurrences of a recurring event listed before all the occurrences of the next recurring event (hope that makes sense). I imagine it would work if they weren’t recurring – but I LOVE this feature! You can see my result here: |
Hi Shannon — I’m guessing that anything you do would require some custom coding/tweaking as we don’t have a feature that supports what you’re trying to do and the LISTATTENDEES shortcode is pretty general use. The only thing that I could suggest beyond what you’ve already done is to create a separate page for each event and add that event’s event identifier to the shortcode, but that would require a lot of work setting up all those pages. (That’s the only way I can think of to get a specific list for a specific event, though.) |
