Attendee Listing – no payment listed

In the list of attendees for an event I can’t find where it shows the type of ticket they bought (Adult, Child, Senior). If it showed my how much they paid, that would work too. I need one or the other.

Hi Joan,

This information is not available in the Attendee Listing screen. However, you can export the attendee list and that information will appear in the spreadsheet.

Thanks Lorenzo – Just to follow up for those who may come after me looking for the same information:

I am not sure what I was looking at then, but now (after many hours with this today) I am looking at the page called Attendee Report and it has a column called “Option”. I think I found it in the show/hide columns. If my type of ticket name is descriptive enough, that gives me the information I need. One of the ticket types is now called “Reservation (balance due before 1st session)” another one is “Enrolled (paid in full)”
