Hi,
How would I add a page which shows the attendee list of the most recent upcoming event? I want the list to also contain the additional questions used during the registration.
I need this to supply the organiser of an event to have a list of registrations without going to the admin interface.

Hi Geert,
One way to handle this would be to use the [ESPRESSO_EVENT_ATTENDEES] shortcode on the single event page (e.g. add to event description) and then hide it from public view so its only visible when someone is logged in. You could use a free membership plugin like Members by Justin Tadlock for that.
The shortcode does not support showing answers to registration questions. That would require custom coding.

Im not sure what you mean. Could you explain in detail what todo? I understand the hiding of the page and stuff. But I dont get what you mean with adding that shortcut code at what location

Hi there,
I think Lorenzo is referring to adding the shortcode within the event description itself – http://take.ms/7Kb2Q
You can then hide that shortcode using a plugin such as Members that has its own shortcodes to grant/deny access to certain areas of a page based on the users role/capability.
You could also create a new standard wp page within your site and add the shortcode [ESPRESSO_EVENT_ATTENDEES] to that. That page will then pull in the next upcoming events contacts and display them in a list.
As mentioned that shortcode does not provide access to the registration questions, to pull that information would require custom development.
