Wordpress 3.8.1 1. Attendee List includes those that did not finish payment process. Registrants may think they are registered. Is there a way to only list those that have paid? 2. How to view authorize.net reason why payment declined? 3. Where is the payment reminder email held, so I can edit it? |
|
Hi Nelson, 1. Yes, using the paid_only=”true” attribute. All available attributes are available here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/shortcodes-template-variables/#attendee-list 2. Currently there is no easy way to view this. 3. If you edit the Attendee you can edit the email before sending. If you would like to edit the default text for all emails you will need to edit the code. (event-espresso\includes\admin-reports\enter_attendee_payments.php line 562) |

3. Where is this code located? 4. If you click first link below, field titles are BLANK…no way to know what to fill in! Where do we fix this? Below is the payment reminder email. |

2. You should be able to see the transaction in your authorize.net account on their site. |
3. Where do I specifically go to find the Plugins link? To your website somewhere? In wordpress? |

Hi, 3) That is the location of a file, so you will need to use your control panels file explorer or an FTP software to obtain a copy of the file to edit. 4) “If you click first link below, field titles are BLANK” Whereabouts is this link? I checked the main site and the registration fields seem ok but I don’t think that’s where you are referring to. |
I highlighted the text that goes to this link where the fields are blank. http://kiros.btexpo.ws/registration/?ee=3 Below is the payment reminder email. |

Hi Nelson, Did someone else set up this site? The reason I ask is because the question labels were styled to be white text on a white background. Here is a screenshot showing the code: If you know who added the custom styles that make the white text display on a white background, you can ask them to remove them. If you’re familiar with editing CSS files, you can remove them as well. You change 1398 (remove it or change the color) of the theme’s style.css file, then save and you’ll be good to go. |
