I have created an event and have went through the registration multiple times to make sure everything is working before we go live for our event. It shows that I have 3 attendees but when I click on the attendees it shows that there are no attendees. Why would this be happening? |
Hi Jackie, Which version of Event Espresso are you using? Can you link me to one of your events please? |

http://batesvilleinschools.com/bhs/event-registration/?ee=3 This is a link to our live registration event. We are using Event Espresso 3. |
I’ve just placed a test registration onto that event, can you check if that registration shows please? |
Hi, are you clicking on the attendee count that looks something like this in the event overview screen: 5/25 Also, are there any other events that may have had registrations completed? — |
It now shows that there are 4 attendees, but still once I click on that number that you are talking about, I get 0 attendees. This is our first time using event espresso 3 for an event, last year we used event espresso 4. Any idea as to why this is happening? |
Hi Jackie, On the attendee list, can you check the filters are set correctly. Check ‘Show All Completed/Incomplete’ (this will be cut off slightly) is set. Also double check that the ‘Live Search’ box is completely empty, including any white space (empty spaces) Like this – http://take.ms/lvM6W |

Both of those filters are as you have showed me. Still nothing. |
Can I take a closer look at this? If so can you send temporary log in details using this form please: |
I just sent you the login information. |
Hi Jackie, Do you have the EE Ticketing Add-on network activated? If so can you temporarily de-activate that Add-on and retest to see if the attendee are then displayed. If not can you test with only Event Espresso running? |
I had the admin turn off the EE4 Ticketing Add-on. Still no luck. I am not sure what you mean by testing with only Event Espresso running… |
Hi Jackie, we ran some searches and found a case where an old plugin was creating a conflict on a WP multisite installation. Could you briefly test with only Event Espresso running on this site? — |
How do I do this to only allow Event Espresso to run and nothing else? |
Ok, we are now able to see the attendees. I had the admin disable the ticketing in EE4 and also another ticketing plug in. We would like to use the ticketing feature so do you recommend only using the EE4 ticketing since the other one was causing the issue? |
Hi Jackie, It turns out there’s a ticketing add-on that’s compatible with Event Espresso 3, you can download the Event Espresso 3 ticketing add-on from your account page. It’s the one that’s labeled “Ticketing Add-on v.2.2.0.p” |
