Attendee Information is not copying to additional registrants

On the registration/checkout page, when I click the “copy information from previous attendee” checkbox when registering one attendee for each day (we have a multi-day event), it does not copy the firm name.

On the registration/checkout page, when I click the “copy information from previous attendee” checkbox when registering one attendee for each day of multi-day event, it only copies the information to the second attendee info section, not the third.

Can you send us URL to one of your event. You can send as private Email if necessary.

Have you tried to test it, by dissabling other plugin aside from EE. There’s a plugin that allow you to test without really disabbling it. You can do the above using Troubleshooting mode:

Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting -> Enabled Troubleshooting mode.

That will disable all plugins and switch to a default theme and then allow you to enable specific plugins whilst in troubleshooting mode. Once disabled you will revert back to the current state.

I also Did try on my end, but i cannot replicate the issue. Do you have clone site where we can do the test?
