After updating EE, we noticed that the “Attended” column in the Attendee Reports has changed. This is fine, but it is no longer showing who attended our past events. The column shows “0/1” for each person who registered. If I export the event data, this column shows correctly, so I know the data is still in the database. Is there any way to restore this data to the Attendee Reports so we don’t have to export each time we need to check this? We’re using EE 3.1.33.3.P and WP 3.5.2. Our website is http://jvaconsulting.com/ Thank you! |
Hi there, I can look into this, and it will be helpful to know this information: |

Thank you! The Ticketing plugin is v. 2.0.10.1. I’m not sure which EE version this was upgraded from. I know it has been 3-4 months since the last update, if that helps. Sorry I don’t have the specifics on that! |
Hi there, I’m not sure how this would happen since the attendee column in the Attendee reports pulls from the same database entry that the Tickets scanned column in the exports uses. I checked on a site that I set up over one year ago that’s been kept up to date with all the Event Espresso versions along the way and the attendee reports match the exports for the attendees that were scanned/attended. Is it possible to send a database dump to the support @ eventespresso.com email address so we can investigate further? |

Sure thing. I’ll try to send tonight. Thanks for looking into this! |

The database dump has been sent! |
Hi Jeremy, Thanks for sending. While I do not know how it happened, the “checked_in_quantity” column’s values were all set to 0 where they had been set to 1. This can be fixed by running a SQL statement in PHPmyAdmin. You should backup the database again if there has been any new activity on the site since you made the backup last night. Then, if you go into PHPmyAdmin and go to the site’s database you can click the SQL tab, then copy and paste the following into the Run SQL queries box: This will update the checked_in_quantity values so they match the values in the checked_in column. Hope that helps! |
