I am getting this warning when trying to direct an event page to the cart to finish the registration process

“It looks like you are attempting to refresh a page after completing your registration or your cart is empty. Please go to the events page and try again.”

Hi Andrea,

It looks like the event_id in the [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK] needs to be fixed. Right now it looks like it’s something like:

[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK event_id=women-of-our-community-and-athena-award-dinner-1-51a4b59f9d0a7 direct_to_cart=1]

but it should be:

[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK event_id=10 direct_to_cart=1]

I updated that code on the page I created for the event but I am still getting the same warning?

It’s better now, so there’s one other thing you’ll need to do:

The cart page is set to load as https, but the page that’s been created for the event is not set to load as https. They need to match. So in this case you could edit the page’s force https setting to make it load as https.
