I need assistance configuring the Quickbooks Payment Gateway. I think the trouble is on the Intuit Developer side and the instructional document is way over my head. |
Hi there, We received your priority support request. We will also need to access your Quickbooks online payment account to configure the gateway. Can you resend the redeem a support token form and include this information? Thank you. |

Hello Josh, It doesn’t appear we can create a temporary login for Intuit/Quickbooks. Under no circumstances can we share the authentication for our Intuit account so we’re left with coordinating a time to allow access to whatever is needed via a screen share session. I am widely available today prior to 2pm and after 3pm Eastern. |
Maybe we can resolve this without resorting to a screen share session. May I ask which step in the documentation are you getting stuck on? |

I’m not quite sure where in the steps I went wrong. A screen share and telephone chat would undoubtedly make this much easier. Is that not an option? |
We have very little information at this point to know where to start with what went wrong. Without enough information, we cannot answer your questions over a telephone chat. May I ask how far did you get with the setup documentation? |

As far as I can tell, this is where we need to start. Create your Development (Testing) App |
Before you start there, can you verify that you have already created the app by doing steps 1-5 under Locate your Credentials for QuickBooks? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/quickbooks-payment-gateway/#locate |

I went through ALL the steps again and got it working however after the live payment was captured for $1, it took the my browser to a ‘We’re sorry…’ page. I refreshed and it brought me to the registration summary page. https://www.kesc.us/thank-you/?e_reg_url_link=1-5033341ab73e4ee538943c5c817dc3b6 |
Hi Drew, We can look into this if you can resend the support token form from your account page, and please include FTP information. The FTP account will need to access the files where WordPress is installed. |
