I’ve setup 2 tickets and when purchased both went to archive. Now I can’t do anything with them. How do we move from archive to live ? What setting sets the number of available tickets ?
A ticket will archive is you change the price, EE archives the original ticket and crates a duplicate with the new price.
So you should now have an archived ticket and a duplicate with the new price, correct?
What setting sets the number of available tickets ?
You set the limit on either the DateTime (for the rival limit for that DateTime) or the ticket itself (for specific limits on the ticket).
