Hello – I am running 4.10.0 and also have the ticketing and importer add-ons installed. I have many registrations that I would like to import and have tested the importer and see that it works fine for my requirements. Once imported I cannot see the option ‘Approve and Notify’ when I bulk select these (or indeed any) registrations – I would like to notify these imported registrations by sending them the printable ticket I have successfully set up – what am I doing wrong? – I can only see the following Bulk Actions – Approve, Decline, Set to pending, Set to not approved, Cancel, Trash. Hi there,
If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates, can you see a list of message templates there? Can you add a screenshot of that section here?

If you add a registration to an event through the front end, can you see the notify options for that registration?
