I am using Event Espresso for a Conference which requires users to be approved by users with different permission levels.
– The Leader of a Delegation needs to approve a Delegate’s Registration
– The Conference Treasurer needs to approve the same Delegate’s Registration
Approval status needs to be seen in the User’s Control Panel.
Is this possible to achieve with Premium Version of Event Espresso or does it require a custom solution and workaround with different Membership Plugins such as S2 Member? Does it require a custom field?
If need be I can provide a workflow via Private Message to fully understand the approval and registration process.
Just to confirm I’m following this correctly, you basically want a user to be approved twice?
A user registers onto the event and is set to ‘Not Approved’
The ‘Leader of a Delegation’ admin approves the delegate.
Then ‘The Conference Treasurer’ approves the delegates that the above user has approved.
Is that correct?
If so after the above does the delegate then need to pay for the ticket?
One problem is that there is currently no way to show that one users has approved the registration, whilst another has not. It could be done with a note within the registration, but then the Treasurer would need to check within each registration.
