I’m wondering if there’s a way for an administrator to apply a discount code (from the Promotions plugin) after a person has registered without paying.
I’m running into a situation where people are registering without completing their transaction, because they forgot to include the discount code. Rather than have them begin their registration again, I’d like to be able to apply the discount code to their partially completed registration and then have them finish.
Is this possible from the back-end (or even the front-end)?
It’s possible to apply a discount code from the front end if they haven’t paid yet. You’ll need to find their unique registration URL link (there’s usually a link to pay on the invoice/receipt that you can download from the transactions list table).
