I canceled an event for which we had one registration.
On her Transaction page, I clicked the ‘Apply Refund’ button, but nothing happened. As it turned out, none of the links in the ‘Payment Details’ section do anything (Edit Payment, Delete Payment, Apply Payment or Apply Refund).
There should be a modal window that opens when you click those and if they don’t open, then that’s usually the effect of a plugin conflict. You can follow this troubleshooting guide:
