Hi,
We are using promotion codes with EE4 is there way we could have the coupon codes apply only if you have 12 tickets or more. Like they will give an error message if you are using the 12 ticket code and not purchasing 12 or more tickets?

Hi there,
Currently, that’s not something we have available with the promotions add-on, it would be possible to do but will require significant custom development.
If it is vital for your events you could try contacting a developer to see if they can build this for you, we have some that are familiar with Event Espresso here:
