I have a couple of campers that couldn’t make a day or two of the camp. I want to discount their attendee amount to reflect the new prorated amount and match the payment amount that I have received. How can I do that after they have already registered?
There’s no payment on that registration currently so any refunds will add additional amounts to the amount owing.
So you are applying the first payment made to this registration (which is now lower than the original registration amount)?
You can either remove the above refund and apply a payment of the amount you actually received within the transaction, or apply a payment for the full amount and then apply any refunds made after that as you can not alter the values of a registration once it has been made.
