After a fresh install of WordPress 4.4.2 and when in Dashboard, there are four items on the Appearance->Menus
Pages
Posts
Custom Links
Categories
When EE Decaf plugin is activated, the ‘Pages’ and ‘Posts’ categories list previously are gone. Here are the items available under the Appearance->Menus Dashboard.

The pages and posts are absolutely required to build our menu. What happened to them?
Deactivating EE Decaf has not effect – the Pages and Posts are missing from Appearance->Menus
The only other plugin installed is Loginizer, and disabling that doesn’t cause the Pages or Posts to return.
If this is not the decaf version, won’t we have to pay to use it? Our plan is to upgrade to the paid (non-decaf) version as soon as we’ve had a chance to confirm that EE4 will work for us. Is there an initial time-limited eval license for this non-decaf version?
In a prior post you said:
“You could download the current version below and deactivate decaf and upload and enable the regular version on your site.”
I’m still unclear on what you mean by “core plugin which does not have any time limit restrictions”. Does this mean that our current EE Decaf plugin will use this new core after it’s downloaded?
Is this ‘core’ installed via the WP plugin install method, or just unzipped into the EE Decaf directory?
This bug seems to be quite egregious, as it effectively makes it impossible to build a website using WP after EE4 Decaf. Is this the case? I’m a new WP user, so perhaps my understanding is incomplete. Please help me to understand.
