Hi,
I can’t login to the EE app. Error Message says “Sorry, can’t login 404-not found. Isnt it supposed to be the same admin login that I use for the WP backend?

Hello,
Are you using any security plugins that obfuscate the default WP-admin login URL?
For example, it changes the default login from this:
example.com/wp-admin/
…to something like this:
example.com/new-login-url/
Also, are you using the Android or iOS app?

I am not sure. But If you type in example.com/wp-admin/ on my site, it redirects you to example.com/wp-login.php.
I have tried both Android and iOS and none works.

Hi there,
It looks like you are using WordPress version 4.2.x
The EE4 ticketing apps require WordPress 4.5+ as they use the REST API to communicate with your site so they won’t work with your current version.
I’d recommend updating the version of WordPress installed on your site and retesting if the apps then work.
