App error – The requested resource could not be found

Hi,

I have EE installed in my website and I’m also trying to use the mobile app.
On my android, with my admin account, all seems to be working correctly.

But my colleague who’s trying to access the app from an iphone, and with his own account, keeps getting the following error:

Error occurred
The requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the future. Subsequent requests by the client are permissable.

His account has all EE user capabilities enabled.

What does this mean?

Hi there,

Is your colleague also using an admin account, or a custom account with the caps added?

If you log into iOS device using the same account that works for you on android, does it work then?
