I would like to use the app to allow our members to view our events. Is it possible to allow access to this without giving access to check in and attendees. I appreciate the app is primarily for check in. However, it would be very useful to be able to access an events list on a mobile.
Hi Thanks for the information. I have added the capabilities as suggested. I However get an error message of “Connection error can not load data” Any suggestions.
Thanks.
I have worked through the trouble shooter and all is fine. I therefore through trial and error switched on/off various controls. I have found that the app will only work with EE read check-in and EE read registration selected along with those you suggested. What do these attributes give access to ? where can i find a list of what each control does. Thanks Phil
This Google Doc has a number of worksheets that lists all of them. May I ask are you using the Android app or the iOS app when you test that member account?
If I try to view Attendee lists with that account then, as expected, it will display “Sorry, you are not allowed to list registrations.”.
