any update on discount code capabilities?

I asked something similar a few years ago, but hoping there have been updates. I have a list of 95 people that each need a promo code that is only applicable to one ticket type for a free ticket.

Is there anyway to do this other than adding 95 individual promo codes and 95 lines of code that limit each promo to the one ticket type?
